    This is a NOS PAIR of Original
    1960s 1970s MAGGINI CHEVROLET Promotional LICENSE PLATES
    made for showroom use and on new cars and trucks. These standard size 6 x 12" plates are made of thin plastic
    and done in very dark blue on yellow
    .
    My old friend Chris Maggini -- who was with his dad's Ford dealership in San Francisco -- bought into "Crock" Crockard's Berkeley, California Chevy store in 1958 and operated profitably as Maggini Chevrolet until Chevrolet persuaded him to sell the franchise (but not the building) to Reggie Jackson.
    Condition
    of the plates is NOS mint with no marks, scratches dents or dings. The plates have never been mounted and the mounting holes have never been pushed open.
    These are a great looking plates and will be perfect on your Chevy car or truck!
