Environmental impurities like tree sap and dirt collect on finishes into small microparticles, stubborn to casual washing, polishing, and waxing. If the particle impurities are trapped behind the vinyl, particles in time will pit the clear coat and paint.)

Wet
Application:
A Dry Application is preferred for the overall life and adhesion of a sticker.
But to make positioning of decals easier, spray the surface lightly with water and a couple drops of mild detergent in an 8-ounce spray bottle.  It will allow positioning the sticker without stretching or tearing it. Squeegee the water and bubbles out with a plastic card, and blot dry. allow to set.
